I needed to share my amazing results with everyone. Dr. Rafal worked her magic on me. I am 62 years old and hated my saggy skin along my jawline. I have so much to say about my experience with Dr. Rafal I truly do not even know where to begin. I had an amazing experience and I am so beyond thankful for her and her team. About a year ago, I began losing my hair due to extreme stress, poor diet & a multitude of other factors. I’m 21 years old and never thought in a million years my hair would begin to fall out. I panicked and had no idea what to do, who to call, or how I could fix this. I went to numerous doctors and dermatologists, one of whom misdiagnosed me and gave me steroid shots for my hair loss, one of the worst things you could give to someone who doesn’t actually need it. I felt so hopeless and I thought I would lose all of my hair. Each day I would wake up to see more and more hair falling out. I was distraught. I was referred to a new dermatologist, Dr. Papadopulous in Bellmore, NY, who was incredible. She gave me great advice and suggested I get a consultation with Dr. Rafal for PRP treatments. I immediately gave them a call and scheduled an appointment as soon as I could. I went in and met with Lauren & Dr. Rafal. They were both so comforting, sweet & kind, and so is the rest of the team. I had reached my lowest point when I went in for my PRP consultation, and they reassured me they would be able to fix this. They promised that with 5-6 treatments my hair would be back to normal. I was worried & scared that I wouldn’t see results, but after each treatment my hair got better and better and today I am back to normal. If it wasn’t for Dr. Rafal and her team I would not be where I am today. Their support and kindness during this difficult time helped me tremendously and Dr. Rafal went above and beyond to make me feel comforted throughout my treatments. I would recommend anyone to visit Dr. Rafal. She is more than just a dermatologist, she is genuinely there to help you no matter what you are suffering with. I am so grateful to her and her team for getting me to such a great place today, I will never forget them. ❤️

Dr. Elyse Rafal is an artist at injecting botox and fillers. I've had injectables done by other Physicians (plastic surgeons & other dermatologists) and by far my best experience has been with Dr. Rafal. She is comforting and caring and only wants the best outcomes for her patients. I get so many compliments on how great I look and I've recommended her to all my friends.They have all been very pleased with their rejuvenated and natural appearance.

I'm very happy with the treatment I received here. My first appointment was intended to be a consultation, and the doctor and two staff members (Lauren and Maggie) were present to consult, and I received treatments from both Dr. Rafal and the laser technician Lauren that day. The staff are nothing but kind and accommodating, and they use the products advertised at the clinic themselves. There can be a wait if you are seeing the doctor herself, but seeing other staff I've never waited more than a few minutes. Do expect them to want you to use various products that you will have to pay for (and some treatments, like laser, will be out-of-pocket) but remember this is a cosmetic dermatologist in Stony Brook serving a certain clientele generally so they expect you to be ready to buy things - but you CAN continue with treatments if you aren't ready to use or purchase certain products yet; their goal is to help you so you can say you aren't ready or able to purchase whatever products. They also try to get you discounts whenever possible. I go here for both cosmetic and dermatological treatments and I'm very pleased with both.
