Dr Rafal and her staff were polite, thoughtful, and effective. They asked questions to determine what I actually needed and took the time to provide me with the care I required. Most dermatologists will only help with cosmetic care, but Dr Rafal is qualified to do it all. I would go back to this office anytime I need dermatological help in the future.

My visits went extremely well. Dr.Rafal came highly recommended to me . I had Botox and Laser treatments . I’m extremely satisfied with the results and my friends and colleagues all tell me that I look 10 Years Younger ! Thank You Dr. Rafal !

Dr. Rafal is an excellent dermatologist. Sincere and compassionate. She removed a deep precancerous growth on my leg and was extremely thorough and is following through until it is completely healed. Jessica, her medical assistant is also knowledgeable and helpful. I purchased her facial skin care line and am extremely happy with the results I am getting.

Not sure what all of these negative reviews are about…Dr. Rafal is one of the sweetest doctors, my experience at this office is always wonderful and she always addresses all of my concerns and then some! I highly recommend her. The staff is also great and they take excellent care of me during my Aerolase and chemical peel procedures!

Dr Rafal is very professional, concerned about patient needs and concerns. I had 2 procedures done. First was much need forehead and crow lines with Botox. She was so gentle ! I hardly felt a thing. I’m still benefitting from the results , but it looks amazing !!! I had a small biopsy done. She gently injected site with numbing medicine -and waited for the medicine to have an effect and did the procedure!!! I can promise all of you - one thing , I am an registered nurse and have met many doctors over the years and she absolutely is top notch !!! Nurses are very critical of good medicine and I give her 5 stars!!!! Thank you Dr. Rafal !!!!

Dr Rafal treated me for an unusual skin condition. She knew exactly what to do, and provided me with a cream that remedied the problem quickly. She was professional and caring at all times.

Maggie was incredible ! Not only is she incredibly knowledgeable and helpful with what she does but she also makes you feel incredibly comfortable with each and every office visit. She helped me see great results and made me feel completely at ease!

I can't rave about this office enough. I discovered them online while researching microneedling procedures with PRP to help with chronic cystic acne and scarring. I made my first appointment with Lauren, and from the second I met her, she has gone above and beyond to make sure I saw major improvements with my skin. For the first time in almost 15 years, I am experiencing zero cystic breakouts for almost a year now! I have also seen major improvements to my scarring, and overall skin texture and pigmentation. Lauren has taken a holisitic approach to my treatment by using Microneedling with PRP, chemical peels, laser and daily topical treatments, including Dr. Rafal's own cleanser and glycolic moisturizer formulas. I have now seen Lauren 5 times and since she's transformed my skin by treating my chronic acne, we have shifted our focus to further improving my complexion and texture. I'm so happy with the progress we've made! I just cannot recommend this office enough. They take such great care in treating their patients and they are extremely professional and highly knowledgable in what they do. Thank you so much Lauren and Dr. Rafal for everything!
